Professional Services - Software Tester

We are on the look out for an IT all-rounder to test our software.

• Configuration of test environments (incl. load balancers, Citrix, WTS and cloud based environments)
• Testing of new releases and updates of our software
• Reproduction of incidents reported by our partners (B2B)
• Reporting of incidents to development
• Verify fixes provided by development
• Carrying out manual tests for bugs or new releases
• Close exchange with the software developers
• Partial 3rd level support - assistance with installations or technical questions
• Completed technical training at HTL level (Höhere Technische Schule)
• Basic knowledge of software programming (e.g. C#, Java, scripting)

Experience Required:

• Technical degree in IT or equivalent qualifications
• 2-3 years proven experience in software development and/or testing
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• German, English (verbal and written); French beneficial
• Excellent working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office suite
• SQL server management and SQL scripting skills
• Keen to expand own knowledge and experience and welcomes fresh challenges
• Interest in software testing and the motivation to develop further in this field
• Communicative and open personality

Additional languages are also beneficial.
